SISTec Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized an expert talk on " Project Management and Financing-A Bird's Eye View" on 10th October 2022.

The speakers for the session was Dr. Tina Sachdeva, (Associate Professor, School of Management Studies, SISTec MBA ,bhopal), and Prof. Jyotika James (Assistant Professor, School of Management Studies, SISTec MBA Bhopal). Session started with the project management, in which Dr. Tina Sachdeva spoke about the key aspects of Project management in terms of Activity and Resource planning, Time management, Budget creation , Cost estimation and Risk management.

In the second part of the session, Prof. Jyotika James discussed about the financial aspect of project management in terms of Budget, Cost, Expenses, Billing and Margin. The session was incredibly engaging and educational.
