SISTec Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a "Standard Writing Competition" in collaboration with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Club. The competition aimed to provide valuable exposure to club members on various quality control practices and certification schemes offered by BIS. Twenty-four club members participated in the competition, which focused on the topic of "Pressure Cooker". After a thorough evaluation process, winners were announced, with Mr. Gagan Kumar and Ms. Gunja Kumari from the sixth semester secured the first prize. The second and third prizes were awarded to Mr. Deepak Gurjar and Mr. Avi Yadav, and Mr. Deepak Kumar and Mr. Akash Vishwakarma respectively. Additionally, consolation prizes were given to Mr. Aaditya Kumar Mishra and Mr. Indrajeet Kumar Garg from the sixth semester.
