Dr. Neha Jain is associated with SISTec since 2021. She has Completed B.Com Management (Hons.) from IEHE Bhopal in 2002. She has also completed her B.Ed in graduation. She has done her Masters in Business Economics in 2007 and MBA in 2016 & She has been awarded her PhD from Barkatullah University, Bhopal in 2014. She has 1 year of corporate experience in Reliance Transconnect and having experience of 14 years in Academics , in which she has published 8 National and 2 International papers and presented papers in several conferences. She also had been an Ex-Member of Board of studies, at People’s University and member of Editorial team of People’s Journal of Management. She’s having Expertise in trainings related to Personality Development and Business Economics and hence she delivers various sessions as a resource person in various graduate and post graduate colleges of Bhopal. She is a Co-Author of a book on “Business Economics”, which is in pipeline for the final publication. She has an Award of Patent on “ A Guided Meditation Device” on 01st April 2022 by Controller General of Patents, Govt. of India. She has also been Awarded “Best Faculty Award” by People’s University in 2012. She has also been nominated for Career Excellence Award 2022 by Career group of Institutions. She is also been awarded for the Anchor faculty by NISM for organizing 3 Days SDP in Dec. 2022. She has several core competencies majorly including, Performing as a career counsellor for MBA and Conduction of various technical and non-technical events in the department. She had Guided various graduate and post graduate projects and also been Registered as a Ph.D. supervisor in Faculty of Management in People’s University till 2018.She is Certified for attending various Workshops, Symposiums and FDPs at national and international platforms.
